Mask Monday: Mario Badescu Rose Hips Mask

I’m finally trying out something else other than a sheet mask! This week, I’ll be discussing Mario Badescu Rose Hips Mask!

Boost radiance in dull, tired skin. Infused with Lemongrass Extract, Rose Hip Oil, and Rose Hips Extract, our Vitamin C-enriched mask helps to brighten lackluster complexions while diminishing the look of fine lines, wrinkles, and minor discoloration. A healthy, dewy glow is restored as natural minerals gently purify pores—leaving the complexion rehydrated and revitalized. –Mario Badescu website

Let’s take a look at the promises. My skin looks a lot more glowy after using this mask, but more like a glow from within, not a greasy glow. Which really surprised me as this mask dries down like a mud mask! The mask makes my skin feel more plump, but I don’t have any wrinkles nor fine lines (other than underneath my eyes and I would recommend avoiding the eye area when using masks) or discoloration, so I can’t tell you whether this mask is amazing if you do.

My skin does feel more hydrated, more happy and feels a lot more plump when I wear this mask, so I’m a big fan! I especially like the feeling it gives my skin, as if it’s more firm and more plump, especially my cheeks!

It’s really gentle on my skin, and it doesn’t have a very distinct scent to it, so it’s save for the more sensitive skins amongst us. Have you tried any of the Mario Badescu masks?
