Review: Audrey at Home by Luca Dotti

I love Audrey Hepburn so much. Not only was she an amazing actress and style icon, but she was an amazingly kind humanbeing as well. If there’s anyone I look up to, it’s her. And a book written by her son sounds just about right up my alley!

This is basically a book full of stories, photo’s and recipes from Audrey and her family. My favourite thing is that it has my favourite Dutch recipe as the first recipe! The recipes sound really nice, but the photo’s and the stories about Audrey are my favourite parts about this book. It gives a really new look on her as a person, especially because this book is written by her youngest son.

The only downside to this book is that it keeps referring to the Netherlands as Holland, which is not the right term at all, especially considering she wasn’t born in Holland but int a different province. Apart from that, I found no flaws about this book what so ever!
I totally recommend this book if you love Audrey Hepburn, but if you are into the vintage aesthetic, this book is great for recipes!

You can buy this book here!
